FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES, METHODS AND CONCEPTS OF LEGAL HER- MENEUTICS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT

Hermeneutics is a fundamental tool for the interpretation and application of legal norms. This research aims to analyze the fundamental principles, methods and concepts of legal hermeneutics and its application in the interpretation of law. It is concluded that hermeneutics provides the theoretical framework, while argumentation and interpretation support each other to build solid arguments and understand the meaning and scope of legal norms. The interaction between natural law and positivism in the field of legal hermeneutics represents a convergence that enriches the understanding and application of law. This discipline allows the law to be adapted to social, cultural, and technological changes, ensuring that the norms are interpreted in a manner consistent with the reality of each era and with full respect for the fundamental rights of people.
