摘要
The European resources that were available in previous programming periods and will be available in the forthcoming programming period 2021 - 2027 are an interesting source of funding for sugar industry development activities aimed mainly at moving towards sustainability, digitization, implementation of the latest technologies, reducing energy intensity, and improving conditions for employees. Czech sugar factories have used this opportunity in both programming periods 2017 - 2013 and 2014 - 2020, and their involvement has seen an increasing tendency. In the forthcoming programming period 2021 - 2027 they will have the opportunity to obtain further support, especially from the operational programmes Technologies and Application for Competitiveness and Employment+. At present, it is also possible to take advantage of the National recovery plan calls and it is in the interest of sugar companies to navigate the possibilities of support through integrated territorial investments or directly from programs at the European level. It is important not only to get acquainted with the offer of programmes and the rules of funding, but also not to underestimate the skills in the field of project management, as this can contribute to the success of the submitted applications and the implementation of projects.
