Methodology for Constitutional Interpretation from the Model of Mexican Electoral Justice

The article aims to analyze in perspective how constitutional interpretation influences electoral justice and the protection of fundamental rights of a political-electoral nature. A methodology is proposed for the correct and efficient use of constitutional and conventional interpretation by jurisdictional operators, with special emphasis on the analysis of the obstacles or technical barriers they face when carrying out constitutionalconventional regularity examinations. The conclusion was obtained that in electoral judicial practice there are many problems when maximizing or optimizing rights, so constitutional interpretation must be based on a consistent and credible examination of judicial argumentation and hermeneutics to enhance political-electoral rights and democratic principles in the framework of the democratic rule of law.
