Optical Properties of the Dielectric Coating Manufactured by an Additive Method

摘要
The possibility of manufacturing a thermal control coating has been studied, and the method of its deposition from PD-12 dielectric paste using a Voltera V-One printer has been considered. The morphology, surface roughness, phase structure, diffusion reflection spectra in the range of 200-2500 nm, integral sunlight absorbance, and IR spectra in the range of 400-4000 cm-1 of the coating are investigated. It is established that the proposed method of paste deposition using the printer with its subsequent heating and burning into a substrate allows manufacturing of thermal control dielectric coatings with the reflectance close to that of the well-known coatings of the optical solar absorber class. The results obtained can be used in other fields of science and technology.
