摘要
A comparative study of the process of biochar (a material for synthesizing sorbents) production by wet torrefaction of hazelnut shells in a fluidized bed with superheated steam without and with use of a catalyst (olivine sand) was conducted. It was found that use of a catalyst intensifies wet torrefaction process, but the chemical composition of the biochar remains the same as in the process without a catalyst.
