摘要
Governance undergoes a change, becoming a so-called collaborative governance, and with this change the Appraisal Respect (AR) and the Recognition Respect (RR) become tools for more competitive governance. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate how respect for assessment and respect for recognition are relevant to governance. This study was developed as a bibliographic, descriptive research of an empirical nature. Thus, the study used articles available on the Web of Science base to analyze the approaches of RR and RA and your company to governance. Among the results it was possible to verify that the RR becomes relevant for solving the "governance gap" of Hess (2019), in addition to developing the defense of human rights, while the RA provides a more responsible governance and less prone to corruption, this The process facilitates the integration of the organizational proposal and stakeholders and provides a basis for multinationals to choose their global suppliers. We conclude that governance when aligned with RR fulfills its social role and is preserving a positive image that can bring it partnerships with multinationals, whereas governance that uses RA promotes the merit for effort and demonstrates greater transparency of its culture. organizational.
