摘要
The root-mean-square (rms) value of alternating voltage (AC) is one of the most frequently measured electrical quantities. Despite the spectacular development of quantum voltage standards, thermal voltage converters (TVC) are still used, especially in calibrations carried out at National Metrological Institutes. The article presents three measurement systems used to measure the most important TVC parameters: the exponent of the transfer characteristic, the reversal error and the AC-DC transfer difference in the frequency range from 1 kHz to 100 MHz.
