摘要
Tacit knowledge in companies is increasingly valuable, despite the difficulty of capturing it, companies have given more and more importance in retaining this knowledge. The standardization of knowledge is a way to retain tacit knowledge, especially when the information involves production strategies. This work aims to present how the transformation of tacit knowledge, how it can be used to leverage the production strategy facing the emergence of new production demands. It aims an understanding of knowledge, of the production strategy facing the emergence of new demands, production planning and control (PCP) and the use of tools such as DMAIC in the implementation of projects.
