Comparative study of two training processes of Vocational Education and Training System

This article is the result of an investigation into the Vocational Education and Training System in view of society's lack of knowledge about it. The comparative method has been selected as a form of study in order to, through multilevel techniques that go beyond mere description, analyse the professional certifications of Warehouse Auxiliary Activities and Teaching of Vocational Training for Employment. This analysis has revealed that there is no correspondence in the pedagogical design of the aforementioned training processes after comparing their objectives, contents, methodology, timing and assessment. These results demonstrate the importance of the design and planning of training and, in turn, enable a better understanding and development of Vocational Education and Training System.
