摘要
Developing efficient catalysts for aerobic oxidation desulfurization has always been a promising technology for purifying diesel fuels. Platinum (Pt) catalysts show potential performance for the selective oxidation of sulfides, although the scarcity and high cost of Pt limit its large-scale development. Alloying Pt is considered to be an effective strategy to reduce the platinum load and increase the high catalytic activity. Herein, highly dispersed PtFe nanoalloys coupled with defect-rich W18O49 nanomaterials were successfully prepared, and the size and dispersion of nanoparticles were controllable. The alloyed effect and strong metal-support interaction enhance the adsorption of sulfides and selective oxidation over PtFe/W18O49 to achieve excellent yields of up to 99% for 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene.
