摘要
With the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and the construction of new power systems, the proportion of new energy in China's power generation side is increasing, leading to a lack of regulation capacity in China's power grid, and load-side resources have the potential to solve this problem. Firstly, this paper proposes four scenarios of load-side flexible resource regulation and analyses the load regulation potential under each scenario. On this basis, two different potential quantification models are established, and their respective characteristics and applicability are given. Finally, the validity of the two models is verified by the example analysis.
