摘要：
Study and analysis of the historical evolution of current agricultural law, at the community level, Spanish and the Valencian Autonomous Community. The paper contains a complete, exhaustive and systematic study of the main areas of development of currently applicable agrarian legislation, ordered according to material and normative hierarchy criteria. Main legislative policy trends detected in contemporary agrarian law are presented and analyzed, including proposals to reform and improve the regulations, with a view to future implementations on the topic.
