摘要
Partograph is a simple tool that World Health Organization ( WHO) has recommended utilizing during labor monitoring. The ability of health workers in the obstetric unit to interpret clinical data from partograph to detect abnormal labor monitoring is influenced by their knowledge, attitude, and skills. We undertook a systematic review to determine the knowledge, attitude, and skill of partograph among health workers in the obstetric unit. We use the standard of PRISMA guidelines. Different online databases were used for this review: PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Google Scholar. We found 16 of 1.957 articles from the selection process which meet the eligibility criteria. Overall, the partograph utilization was low due to a lack of knowledge, poor attitude, and poor skills of health workers. This influences how health workers interpret clinical data from partograph to detect abnormal labor progress. Therefore, on-the-job training and supportive supervision are needed to improve the knowledge, attitude, and skills of health workers in the obstetric unit.
