摘要
In this study, a manufacturing method for high-performance composite lattice structures was investigated for applications to space launch vehicles. Split fixture and split silicon pattern molds were applied to improve the dimensional accuracy of the composite lattice structure manufactured using the filament winding method. The split silicon pattern molds were made of a higher-hardness silicon material, which further improved the dimensional accuracy of the composite lattice structure. Furthermore, the fiber intersections were subjected to additional compression using a roller during the fiber winding process to minimize the thickness difference between fiber intersection and non-intersection, and a heat shrink film was applied to make the uniform thickness during the curing process. The performance of the composite lattice structure fabricated using the proposed manufacturing method was evaluated using compressive tests, and the reliability of the manufacturing method was verified using launch tests on the interstage of the space launch vehicle.
