摘要：

Practice impact statement The addition of Emotion-Focused Therapy to forensic treatment as usual can increase emotional engagement in clients who are emotionally avoidant. The case study showed transformation of maladaptive shame. Facilitating emotional change led to more acceptance and integration of dissociated parts of self, including needs and desires.
