Eosinophilic gastrointestinal diseases are increasing in prevalence, but understanding of their causes and effective treatments remain elusive, especially in adults. We present a case of eosinophilic gastroenteritis and colitis with extraintestinal manifestations that was successfully treated with a tumor necrosis factor alpha inhibitor, adalimumab.
