摘要
The Productivity Paradox can be explained by technology capability. Resource Based Theory (RBT) is used to analyse how technology capability moderates technology investments, technology infrastructure use, and human capital impact on industry sales growth. Clustering identifies three levels of technology capability, and regression models assess the impact of technology investments, infrastructure use, and human capital in each. Industries with different technology capability have different performances and provide an alternate view of the Productivity Paradox. The impact of different technology resources varies with technology capability.
