摘要
Carbonaceous chondrites (CCs) are considered the most primitive materials left over from the early solar system. They are rare and important to further understand the early solar system. Vigarano-type CCs are among the most commonly investigated types of CCs and are very important due to the fact that they bear Calcium-Aluminum refractory inclusions (CAIs). These precious extraterrestrial materials were the first surviving solids to condense out the solar nebula at a time just over 4.5 Ga. Moreover, characterizing their mineralogic compositions and interpreting their possible source bodies are of particular importance, especially in terms of asteroid mining. Here, petrographic and microscopic research on NWA 5508 carbonaceous chondrite with CAI-rich lithology are presented.
