摘要：
Unter der Therapie eines fortgeschrittenen Ovarialkarzinoms sind venose Thromboembolien (VTEs) haufig. Klinische Studien berichten, dass 8-28% der erkrankten Frauen im Rahmen einer neoadjuvanten Chemotherapie unter einem thromboembolischen Ereignis leiden. In Expertenkreisen wird daher schon langer uber eine generelle Thromboseprophylaxe wahrend der Chemotherapie-Phase im Vorfeld der Operation diskutiert.
