摘要
This article in the magazine "Group. Interaction. Organization. (GIO)" presents the school concept of the OPENschool. The practical example shows how a change process can be implemented in the education system. The Education Reform Act passed in Austria in 2017 and school development in the sense of a systematic further development of schools (cf. Dedering 2012, p. 46) form the framework for the OPENschool concept presented in this article. In this article, the initial situation of the practical example OPENschool is outlined and then central topics of the OPENschool are discussed. The aim of the article is to provide insights into the implementation of the OPENschool based on the cornerstones ("Students as entrepreneurs of their own skills", "Process orientation and guiding stars", "Learning office, workshop and OpenLab", "Action & attitude") to inspire further change projects.
