Aiming at the problem that the existing system lacks multi-dimensional evaluation of all electric fishing grounds, a three-dimensional multi-dimensional all-electric intelligent fishing grounds operation effect evaluation method based on improved AHP-entropy weight (IAHP-EW) method under cloud computing environment is proposed. Firstly, based on the consideration of resource utilization and ecological level, a multidimensional comprehensive evaluation index system of intelligent fishing grounds is constructed from three aspects: economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits. Then, the least square method is used to couple the improved AHP and EW method, and the IAHP-EW method can comprehensively consider the subjective experience of experts and the objective measured data. Finally, combined with cloud computing technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the IAHP-EW method is used to achieve multi-dimensional evaluation of smart fishing grounds. Based on the experimental analysis of the proposed method in Taizhou Jiangyan Fishing Light Complementary Fishing Ground, the results show that the evaluation results of the IAHP-EW are more realistic, and the weights of economic, social and ecological benefits are 0.585, 0.081 and 0.334 respectively, and the comprehensive evaluation results are "good".
