摘要
This study intends to understand the conception and organization of the educational public policy of the State Secretariat of Education of Minas Gerais for High School in Full Time. It is a qualitative research discussing with the main theorists of the area and the main legislations that deal with the subject produced in the last years. As a methodology, a literature and documentary review is used. For data collection, decrees, laws, books, articles, SEE/MG guiding documents and the legal norms that deal with the object under analysis are used. The research is justified, so that the conception and organization of the educational public policy of the State Secretariat of Education of Minas Gerais for Secondary Education in Full Time can be examined for the integral formation of young people intended for this stage of Basic Education. From the studies proposed here, the implementation of the integral education policy is presented, raising the debate around the theme. The results show that integral education has to be structured with a view to learning where integrality actions take place for the integral educational development of the subjects. What can be observed, given the tables presented, is that it appears as an attempt to improve educational indices. This study contributes to others being carried out on the implementation of EMTI in the State of Minas Gerais, bringing new aspects and new demands, as well as, the point of view of school actors, positive points and points to be improved, considering that EMTI is as educational public policy a few years ago in the State of Minas Gerais.
