摘要：

The paper analyzes the correction remedy for illegal or oppressive shareholders meetings resolutions, explores its characteristics and determines in which cases it would be the adequate solution for the conflict between shareholders majority and minority. In addition, investigates the admissibility of the action for correction of agreements in Chilean law and describes some of its procedural aspects.
