摘要
The scientific article that is socialized is part of the foun-dation of the scientific-pedagogical work of Norma Rosalia Cardenas Morejon as a representative persona-lity of Educational Psychology in Cuba. It is based on re-search as an option for the scientific degree of Doctor in Educational Sciences of the main author with the advice of her tutor (co-author). A system of general and specific methods was required, supported by triangulation as part of the process of constructing a unit of thought around postgraduate research training in the scientific-pedago-gical work of Norma Cardenas. The contributions made by the personality under study to Educational Psychology had the transversal axis of professional practice in the re-search. Among the most important findings are: the un-derstanding of self-regulation of personality and learning with other implicit processes such as self-observation, self-evaluation, self-reaction, self-control, self-efficacy, self-reinforcement and self-conviction. All of this constitu-tes the conceptual-methodological basis for the proces-ses of derivation and contextualization of its contributions. The purpose of the article is to establish how research constitutes the transversal axis in postgraduate research training in the pedagogical work of Norma Cardenas.
