摘要
The study has aimed to investigate the students' perceptions of Knowledge Management (KM) and their efficiency throughout the pandemic in online learning. Datawas collected from both undergraduate and post-graduate students ofUniversity using structured questionnaires. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software 23.0 version was used to analyze the students' perceptions of KM and its effectiveness in online learning. The findings revealed that online learning perspectives in gender and age varied across students. The bad connection to the internet and budgetary challenges are causing students to not join the online class during the pandemic. The majority of the students are not yet ready in synchronous delivery mode, and thus it is recommended that the University authority can offer an alternative means of teaching to maintain academic excellence in the uncertainties of this pandemic.
