The Regional Council of Chemistry of the 1st Region (CRQ-1), as well as other public bodies, are major consumers of natural resources in their routine activities. In order to minimize these impacts, it is often necessary to use environmental programs, such as the Public Administration Environmental Agenda (3P), which allows public bodies to review their consumption patterns. This program was adopted by CRQ-1, the author's workplace, promoting a change in organizational culture. Action research was used as a methodology, initially carrying out a socio-environmental diagnosis, followed by the elaboration of the Sustainable Logistics Plan. From this, it was possible to identify as environmental actions already existing in the agency, in the business that it is inserted and start the implementation of new actions. It was also possible to verify through a comparative study that 87% of the A3P indicators are related to SDG 12 of the 2030 Agenda.
