摘要
Here, a novel contamination-free method for transferring 2D materials is introduced to form heterostructures and precise placement on flat or structured surfaces. We demonstrate the electrical characterization of MoS2, a WS2 integrated photodetector, and a self-driven InSe p-n heterojunction photodetector as an outcome of 2DMTS.
