摘要
Extrazellulare Vesikel (EVs), einschlie ss lich Exosomen und Mikrovesikel, werden von fast allen Zellen freigesetzt und sind in allen Korperflussigkeiten zu finden. Unbekannte Anteile dieser EVs ubermitteln spezifische Informationen von den Ursprungszellen an spezifische Zielzellen und sind somit wichtige Vermittler in interzellularen Kommunikationsprozessen. In Abhangigkeit von ihrer Herkunft konnen EVs Immunantworten modulieren.
