摘要
Caries is the most widespread oral disease threatning human health, especially early childhood caries, P 12700 1 On Tue 21 Nov 2023 06:54:21 traditional treatment is a big challenge in clinical. In order to prevent early enamel demineralization, casein Copyright: Ame ican Scientfic Publ shers phosphopeptides (CPPs) incorporation with mesoporous 58S bioactive glass (M58S) was used to evaluate Delivered by ngenta the remineralization enamel ability in vitro. By sol-gel method M58S was synthesized and showed good pore size and pore volume. In simulated oral fluid (SOF), 3%wt CPPs/M58S showed a better mineralized ability, remineralized layer was smooth and dense, thickness of 20 nm for 24 h, and structure of crystals was similar to the apatite, Human oral adhesion keratinocytes cells (HOKs) can regulate expression and promoted cell proliferation and differentiation, which showed a good biocompatibility. It is expected that CPPs/M58S may be an effective agent in the treatment of early children caries and dental allergies.
