摘要
The complex of technical, technological, logistical, regulatory, etc. problems of multimodal cargo transportation of spent nuclear fuel (SNF) is formulated. The composition of mandatory components (functions) of an intelligent SNF transportation system has been developed, such as hazard identification and risk assessment, environmental impact assessment, navigation support, communication and coordination of personnel actions, design and construction of means of transportation, vocational training and training, route planning and optimization, transportation quality management, etc. The characteristic of the tools is given computational analysis that simulates the nuclear physical characteristics of spent fuel, as well as performing an analysis of potential transportation risks. The prospects of using artificial intelligence in multimodal transportation of SNF. The characteristics of promising routing algorithms of vehicles designed to optimize routes and schedules are presented. In the context of multimodal cargo transportation, routing algorithms can also be used to minimize costs and increase the efficiency of cargo transportation by various modes of transport. Ways to improve the safety and efficiency of SNF transportation are outlined. It is shown that the use of modern structural materials, sensors and monitoring systems will ensure safe and reliable transportation of spent fuel, minimizing the risks of cargo transportation. The introduction of an intelligent environmental safety system and navigation support for multimodal SNF transportation requires an integrated approach that includes the implementation of strategies and technologies that ensure the safe transportation of SNF while minimizing risks to the environment and public safety.
