摘要
Proper knowledge of the spatial distribution of the different urban land uses is essential for their planning and management, and for that purpose, information sources with a high level of detail are required. In this context, the Cadastral Classifier (CC) plugin has been developed for QGIS. It analyzes the cadastral information to produce urban land use classifications with different level of detail. CC allows to perform three types of classifications, from a basic one with 6 uses and an intermediate one with 14, that include mixed uses, to an advanced one, with as many uses as the user defines. To validate its performance, the resulting classification of a municipality in the Madrid Region was analyzed to compare it with cadastral information and fieldwork. It is observed that there is a high degree of fidelity to reality, except for green areas, which require additional information sources.
