CABG patients: better coronary CT before invasive coronary angiography?

摘要
Patienten mit Koronararterien-Bypass benotigen im Verlauf haufig eine invasive Koronarangiografie (ICA). Allerdings ist der Eingriff fur diese Patienten technisch anspruchsvoller und birgt ein hoheres Komplikationsrisiko (u. a. Nierenfunktion). Beobachtungsstudien deuten darauf hin, dass die computertomografische kardiale Angiografie (CTCA) die invasive Koronarangiografie in dieser Gruppe erleichtern konnte, dies wurde jedoch bisher nicht in einer randomisierten kontrollierten Studie evaluiert.
