摘要
The article aims to determine the level of anti--corruption culture formedness in modern students i. e. future legal experts. To obtain empirical data, a survey was conducted among law students of higher educational institutions (n = 420). The questionnaire included questions aimed at determining the level of students' knowledge of the essence of corruption, its origins, causes, and types, as well as at determining the attitude of future legal experts to active anti-corruption activities, their ethical values which serve as markers of an individual's anti-corruption standpoint. It has been found that future legal experts have a rather narrow view of corruption, which many students identify with bribery. Other forms of corruption (nepotism, favoritism, lobbying, etc.) remain on the periphery of students' perceptions. Most of the respondents have an average level of legal awareness of this issue. It has been established that a significant number of future legal experts are unprepared or practically unprepared to conduct active anti-corruption activities. This is manifested, first of all, in imperfect mastery of anti-corruption legislation; in a truncated interpretation of the essence of corruption, underestimation of the mental components of corrupt behavior, etc.
