摘要
Rolling technique process needs powerful technical supports, but the level of rolling technique control has reached a turning point. It is urgent to introduce new control theories and methods to realize the progress of control performance. Simple automatic gauge control (AGC) system cannot obtain better control results due to the complexity, non-linearity and time-variability of the control objects in the actual rolling process. Based on the fact that the repetitive temperature fluctuations affect the gauge of the outlet of the incoming material, GM-AGC is based on feedback mainly, but there is positive feedback. In view of this phenomenon, proposing the Kfeed-forward automatic gauge control (KFF-AGC) strategy to overcome the positive feedback on Gauge Meter Automatic Gauge Control (GM-AGC). The KFF-AGC of the third and fourth standers are realized on the 1700 ASP hot rolling of Ansteel, and the hardness over compensation control of the fifth stander is also realized.
