摘要
The hypothesis presented is that the relationship between government and people, in Francisco Suarez (1548-1617), is established through a representation by responsibility of limited right. That is, the grenadian establishes the government as one that speaks and acts for its people, in everything, but to achieve a specific end stipulated prior to its rule, namely: the common good. Should the government overstep its initially established limits, by the sovereignty of the people, it is held accountable and punished by the people themselves, in which case tyrannicide is less than life harm under tyrannical rule.
