摘要
Measures for the modernization and construction of the railway infrastructure of the Baikal-Amur Mainline are considered, using the example of the reconstruction of its section Ulak - Fevralsk. The result of the reconstruction of the railway will be an increase in both safety during the transportation process and the safety of transport infrastructure facilities, as well as ensuring balanced economic development of the country, increasing the realization of the industrial potential of the region, expanding foreign economic relations, ensuring the integrity and security of the state. A comprehensive analysis of both the impact on the environment itself and the measures developed to minimize the technogenic impact during the reconstruction of the facility, provided for in the design documentation for the modernization of the railway line, was carried out, and appropriate conclusions were drawn.
