摘要
The regulation of the working day has been a fundamental axis in labor legislation in the ninth and twentieth century's justified, frequently, for reasons of social justice. The normative evolution of this institution, maintaining its protective character, finds its raison d'etre in our time by greater flexibility of the institution and as a result of giving a preponderant role to collective bargaining. And it is precisely in this area that we will focus our study, in order to analyze the treatment that has been granted to it by the collective agreements published during the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, in the main sectors of activity.
