摘要：

Madelung's disease is a rare clinical disease with a low incidence. The main feature of the disease is lipodystrophy, which is more common in men between the ages of 30 and 60. At present, there is no standard and effective treatment for this disease in the world. Here, we reported a case of Madelung's disease with surgical treatment of the neck and reviewed relevant literature to improve the understanding of this disease.
