摘要：

本文通过对高等教育部门、"干中学"部门、家庭部门和政府部门行为的描述,在竞争性均衡的框架中考察技能积累和财政政策对工薪差距变化的影响。一方面,同时考虑高等教育和"干中学"这两个技能积累渠道,从高技术工人供给的角度揭示工薪差距变化的影响因素和结果,并将针对这两个渠道的财政政策纳入生产函数,刻画财政收入和财政支出结构对工薪差距的影响,进而对其结果进行数值模拟;另一方面,采用中国的地区数据检验高等教育部门、"干中学"部门、财政政策对工薪差距变化的具体影响及其大小。结果表明,财政政策只有在高等教育与"干中学"部门之间进行合理的安排才能保证较快的技能积累和适度的工薪差距,财政政策的调整应倾向增强本土企业的学习能力。
