摘要
运用问卷调查了解、分析学生所为、所思、所感已成为美国高校学生教育管理和人才培养质量保障的重要方法之一。闻名全球的加州大学通过富有弹性和个性的本科生就读经验调查模块问卷聆听学生心声、关注学生成长,调查结果广泛应用于学习成果评估、回应社会问责、充实决策依据、改善学生服务、支撑院校研究等众多领域。加州大学本科生就读经验调查项目(UCUES)践行着"学生为本"的教育理念,优化了"学生数据"的整合与应用,支撑着"学生学习成果评估"的质量保障模式,对我国高校学生教育管理和教育质量保障具有很好的借鉴意义。
