Information technology has penetrated into each and every link on the shipbuilding value chain and become an irrevocable technical means for Chinese shipbuilding industry; however, compared with the internationally advanced level, we still have a very large gap including bottlenecks in isolated information, confusion of basic data, assimilation and digestion of import software.
