新农合和城镇居民医保对儿童健康的绩效研究

摘要：

本文使用中国健康营养调查(CHNS)2006年、2009年和2011年的数据,分别研究新农合和城居保对儿童的健康绩效。从短期健康状况和长期健康状况两个角度选取了相应指标,并运用多元线性回归、Logit回归和分位数回归的方法进行了计量分析。结果表明:新农合和城居保对儿童的短期健康状况没有显著的改善作用,但城居保对儿童的短期健康绩效要优于新农合;新农合对儿童的长期健康有明显的改善作用,城居保对儿童的长期健康无明显作用。
