多视角下的虚拟社区知识共享研究综述

摘要
[目的/意义]虚拟社区的知识共享活动是虚拟社区繁荣和发展的重要保障,吸引了国内外大批学者的关注,通过对相关文献进行综述,以期为未来研究提供思路和借鉴。[方法/过程]对虚拟社区及其知识共享的内涵进行了归纳,从技术接受视角、社会学视角、心理学视角、系统论视角等多重视角对虚拟社区知识共享的相关研究成果进行了梳理和评述,并对各视角下相关研究的优势和局限性进行了分析比较。[结果/结论]通过梳理,理清了虚拟社区知识共享的研究脉络,归纳出了现有文献在研究对象、研究内容、研究方法、研究背景上的不足,指出了未来值得研究的方向。
