企业社会责任行为对员工工作绩效影响的跨层分析

摘要
本文通过系统的研究企业社会责任行为与员工工作绩效之间的相互关系,拓展了从利益相关方行为这一视角探讨企业社会责任绩效对企业财务绩效影响机制的研究。运用多层线性模型(HLM)方法,通过对广东地区91家制造业企业的管理层和员工的问卷数据的分析,我们发现企业的社会责任行为能显著影响企业员工的工作绩效,其中企业对员工和客户的责任行为能显著提升员工的任务绩效(core task performance),企业对所有利益相关方的责任行为均能显著影响员工的组织公民行为(organizational citizenship behavior)。
