战略联盟中的双元学习、知识获取与创新绩效

摘要
结合组织学习视角和知识基础理论,基于205家联盟企业410份样本数据进行实证研究,结果表明联盟企业单独及同时开展探索性学习和应用性学习均会促进其从合作伙伴处获取知识,而知识获取能够帮助企业提升创新绩效.此外,吸收能力正向调节知识获取与创新绩效之间的关系.研究结论为战略联盟中企业开展组织学习、实现创新提供了理论参考.
