At 11:07 on September 23rd,a LM-4C carrier rocket lifted off from the TSLC,putting the FY-3C meteorological satellite into its predetermined orbit successfully.The LM-4C carrier rocket was developed by SAST.This is the 12th continuous successful launch of LM-4C and the 181st flight of LM series launch vehicle.The FY-3C meteorological satellite is a second generation polar-orbiting meteorological satellite developed by SAST,which provides all-weather,multispectral,three-dimensional and quantitative meteorological detection.It is mainly used for offering meteorological-parameters for mid-term numerical value weather forecasting,monitoring
