摘要：

针对移动工作支持系统这一新兴事物,以具有移动工作经验的在职员工为样本,在任务—技术匹配模型(TTF)和技术接受模型(TAM)整合的视角下,对影响用户使用移动工作支持系统意向的因素展开研究。研究发现,移动工作所具有的移动性、地点依赖性和时间紧迫性正向影响用户对于移动工作支持系统与移动工作之间匹配性的感知,而这种匹配性连同移动工作支持系统自身的功能表现、用户对移动工作支持系统的感知有用性和感知易用性对用户的使用意向产生正向影响。
