过氧化物酶体增生激活受体的共刺激因子-1α调节机制的研究进展

摘要
多种疾病可伴随着线粒体的功能障碍,引起细胞的能量衰竭,而过氧化物酶体增生激活受体的共刺激因子-1α(PGC-1α)作为核转录共刺激因子在氧化代谢及线粒体的生物合成中发挥非常重要的作用。PGC-1α的调节非常广泛而复杂,深入探索其调节机制有利于进一步认识各种疾病引起的PGC-1α的分子水平及相关信号传导的变化,本文就其正负性调节的研究进展做一综述。
