摘要：

欧美学术界对大学生职业能力的研究呈现如下趋势:职业能力的内涵边界不断拓展,影响因素正从劳动力市场供给方向多方扩展,内容正从现实"硬能力"向潜在"软能力"和"元能力"深入,框架也趋于系统和完整。但仍存在理论薄弱、研究框架内在矛盾难以协调、实证研究和微观研究不足等问题,还需从多学科中寻求理论支持和框架完善,加强评价与监控指标体系的研究,以实证与实验手段探索操作化路径和措施,进一步拓展研究对象的范围。
