摘要：

生态视角的创业问题越来越受到管理领域学术界与实践界的关注,但对创业生态系统这一核心问题的研究尚不清晰。创业生态系统是由多种创业参与主体及其所处的创业环境所构成的有机整体,彼此间进行着复杂的交互作用,致力于提高整体创业活动水平。创业生态系统具有多样性、网络性、共生性、竞争性、自我维持性和区域性六大特征。从政府参与和企业网络两个维度可以将创业生态系统分为四种类型并进行对比研究。
